Yesterday out of no reason I felt like running and so I did for half an hour. I realize that even when you are walking, just a low or brisk walk you still burn some calories. Not much but still burning. So, it helps to keep fit if you are walking around instead of just sitting duck at one place and burned nothing. Cool!!~!! Gotta walk more then…
