oppss!! tak jadi pergi IBM today. Konon jer nak pergi la kan tapi tak jadi. My mom took EL today since we want to settle the prob with my Royal Blue. Suits the color’s name that machine! hurm….first month got the car the terminal batt was loosen so, I had to go through a series of car crazyness with the alarm system and also the circuits. Send to service center, everything works fine now. Then, came that howling sound, the engineer diagnose that my steering rod is faulty. Another stupid fault. Will be changing it but need to wait for couple of weeks till the parts arrived. Luckily everything is still under warranty. Shitness I know. Beli mahal-mahal, lempang kang!! What kind of product are you giving me? Now I understand how frustrated a customer can feel.

Can you imagine, not even a year of using it two major prob well, sounds like major probs to me occured. Katanya tidak. bullshit! GILA TAK?? What’s next then?? What happen to your QC?? I called up the careline today and file a complaint. It is still under investigation. They say they will call me back by today or Monday. By Monday if I don’t hear from them I’m going to the HQ. Heck my mom wants to take it to the next level. She wants to write it to the papers. hahaha!

This is customers rights. I have been working in the area and I know I should not be shouting at the service people or even the sales assistant or the helpdesk person but to whom shall I express my disappointment?? Though the person at the careline said she was in charge but still its the god damn manufacturing problem and the rest of you gets the yelling. Not fair I know but tell me, since you are representing the company, you are part of it. I ask them questions I know if I were in their shoes I’ve got no answer to give. What the hell happen to your QC?? Why did they release cars like this if they got so many levels to pass?? Answer me that. If your QC is doing a hella of a good job, I wont be calling your careline. I just wanna know what you can do to help us with this car and how can you make us satisfy with your product?? No answer + promises. Kesian…..

Why do we pay you beribu-beriban but we had to take it to the service center everytime and waste our time there?? It’s a brand new car for god sake. They all just kept quiet. You know I marah always the speaking-speaking and aku cas aku teror laa kan but thats the thing, its new! new machines are supposed to be hassle free! Baik aku pakai Kelisa mcm nie…tak de problem langsung.

So, after settling that, we went to my mom’s tailor using Malaysian made car…hahah Royal Blue is from Japan. Then I slept throughout the day since my back is aching due to menstrual prob. Now, still frustrated with the state of my Royal Blue. I love to drive Royal Blue but this kind of problem irritates the shit out of me. I can still drive now but how can I be sure that after this, Royal Blue wont be sick and causes anymore tantrums?? NO guarantee…..nasib badan kut! haih……ape-ape pun aku masih bersyukur sbb at least aku mempunyai kenderaan nak dibawa kemana-mana. Alhamdulillah.
