*WARNING – A very lengthy post*
Yesterday was Adnan’s bday. Yerp! My boyfriend/soulmate/bestfriend’s day. WOW! It must be shocking to all the readers that this year I didn’t put any special post wishing him happy birthday like all my other friends. To tell you the truth, I dont even have the time to pick up a bday present for him. I know, how hopeless of a girlfriend I might sound right now. hahahha

I know I don’t have to explain or clarify anything or show proof or even make excuses but I still want to say something. Well, last weekend before his bday, I had this family thing going on that I just did not have the time to go out by myself and pick a nice bday present for him or plan a bday party. About the party, well, his bday did fall on the 2nd day of puasa where people are fasting during the day and praying terawikh (mengerjakan ibadah) during the night. I guess its disrespectful for me to plan a crazy bday party full of kareoke-ing during this month right? haha and even on the day of his birthday both of us are working. Plus the night before, I was sending my auntie to KLIA because she’s going back to UK. All I had the time was when my mother sneaked into Famous Amous and I followed later and scooped up a bear mug filled with Forrero Rocher (from mama and me) and my mom took a lollipop with a bell attach to it. After that I bought 200g of butterscotch cookies and gave to him as a present from me. hahha gila instant kan?

It was just a coincidence that most of the people at KLIA that day was born in September. He was born on 2nd Sept, Mak Usu was born on 7th Sept, Mak Nor (mak usu’s friend) was born on 15th of Sept, my mom was born on 13th Sept, I was born on 23rd Sept and lastly Uncle Rehan (mak usu’s husband) was born on 30th Sept. It was really amazing to feel that we all shared the same month for our birthday but  different in so many ways. So, that’s when the tought to sneaked to Famous Amous came to my mom’s mind and me. heheh getting each and everyone presents.

So, there you go, a quick recap of my bf’s birthday. I’m not expecting anything for my bday though since I know everybody is fasting and working on the day itself. So no worries ok, no expectation at all! hahah Macam laa ada orang nak kasi present kan kan kan?? As if I’m so important in everybody’s life.

Updates on working life pulak…

I’ve already applied my leave for Hari Raya. How bout you guys? Dah apply cuti?? Its funny when I reminisence my students days where I can freely skive or was actually given holiday to celebrate Raya but now, I have to apply for my holidays. Luckily they give us a break this time for celebration for one day. Masa merdeka hari tu I tak cuti ok…I worked 1st day of Sept but can’t complaint much because they count it as overtime

I hoped I’m not slacking because I do feel a bit like an irritating new women because I keep asking people whether what I’m doing is right or not and asking them what should I do next. I mean, c’mon!! LEARN FARAH LEARN!! Be independent, show them that they can’t look down on you!! But I really appreciate all the help I’ve been getting from all the seniors. They are really helpful but then we are working in a place that helps people, if we don’t help each other, who would help us then right??

I aimed that by the end of this month, I should stop asking question to seniors as frequent as I do now. That’s my goal and I’ll try to call the cust and troubleshoot first before I jumped in conclusion and make assumption out of any cases based on the comments they wrote. It would take me a long time to serach for answers but for all you know, customer just really want the simplest solution. Sometimes even they suggested to me! hahhaha That’s my problem now. I need to ask the customer for information then only create the best solution so I could save more time! I NEED TO LEARN TO TAKE THE RISK even if it means putting the customer on hold every 2 minutes. hahahhha

I felt embarrassed today for acting all glaba but it was just a matter of telling the customer that we can’t do anything about it. He was being difficult that’s why I mengglaba but when I escalated the case to the agent before that handle the case, she was a senior, she tried to help me the very best she can but suddenly this one agent starts laughing. I just have a feeling that this agent might not have the most confidence in me but had to bare with me since I was hired by Manpower and the management. Insya-allah, by end of this month, I’m going to prove him wrong. hahah but then again, I just might be assuming things to much. I have this habit of assuming to much as if I know everything. Need to calm myself down for a while…..I do have come up with some theories about this agent but I don’t think its wise for me to put it here so I decided to keep it floating only in my mind.
