As I was driving to work, listening to Fly FM, they claim that today is a kiss and make up day (not make out ok?). Well, its not official or anything but you know how Americans likes everything to be in days, Friendship day laa, Father’s day laa, Mother’s Day laa, Earth day laa….so on and so forth. So Happy kissing and making up to everybody. How weird is it that the kiss and make up day falls on our holy month of Ramadhan where our religion preach us to forgive and forget but then again, maybe some things are meant to be forgiven but not to forget. I would like to apologize for any mistakes that I’ve done and I believe that we can live in a better environment if the bitter feelings are not around us. Ok ape yang aku dah merepik kat sini?? alright, abaikan and lets move on to another topic. Hah! I made myself sounds like I really have many unfinished business. huhu 
So, more pressing matters at hand now, boleh tak kalau kita skip time rehat and balik awal? let say we are given half an hour rest time during lunch hour, skipped that and go back home half an hour early. let ITSSO think and prepare themselves before meeting and not think (and start merapu) during the meeting.. no need 8 vmware server pun (8 dah bleh setup torrent farm :P). 1 server with gud spec is enough.. easy to handle, easy to manage, easy to backup, easy to restore. redundancy? please perform backup… sync is batter..and when they talk about tape backup, think about vmdk file which is currently being read and write by the vmware and at the same time (even the vmdk file is not yet released by the vmware server) will be backuped to the tape drive.. do you think it will 100% success? I know u know the answer… but ITSSO dont…dealing with those type of people is somehow wasting ur time.. but luckily hari nie bleh balik awal.. awal gile kot..

maybe dorang guna VMware vSphere kut sbb dorang pakai VMware ESX.
tu untuk failover vmware… bukan backup box/machine yang running vmware..
failover lagi bagus kalo ade lebih machine (vmware server).. tapi kalau dah pakai failover… kenapa kena pakai tape backup lagi?
ahhh…tanyalah ITSSO…mana I tau!
