omg! What an experience. Just a few moments ago I was harassed ok, maybe in softer words, I was approached by my sister’s new maid to do something I have never done before in my entire 25 years of living. I was on my desktop happily choosing the series to be downloaded from my Torrent when suddenly she came up the stairs and gets close to me.

sister’s maid: “Mbak buat apa? main komputer ya?”

me: “iya…main computer…” *way to go captain obvious* hehe

sister’s maid: “Mbak katanya sakit yah? sakit belakang? Mau minum jamu ngak?”

me: “hah? JAMU?? jamu ape?”

sister’s maid: “jamu ingin kasi lega, belakang kasi bagus, perut kasi ngempek…”

me with horrified look plastered on my face: “ngempek tu ape?”

sister’s maid: “oooo…DIngin…mau ya…ok saya ambilkan…sudah siap..” <–jawa style!

WHAT IN THE WORLD? they made it already?? Ini muslihat aper nie?? dah buat baru tanya nak minum ke tak…

She came back with two glasses. One with the Jamu yellowish in color and a in the other glass a plain water.

Pon (my maid): “yer…minum aja kak…saya yang bikin.”

me: “haaa….bila kamu buat??”

Pon and sister’s maid: “sudah dibikin siang tadi…cuma ngak mau kasi tunggu bapaknya pulang…”

me: “aper kat dlm nie?? perlu ke minum nie? bieeeee…..dorang suruh I minum nie…”

pon and sister’s maid: “kunyit, madu dan garam sikit…enak..cuba la minum..benda sihat nie…”

With Adnan as the spectator, the remedies was supporting, I drank all of them. It taste like pedas-pedas. Like I ate one type of sweets that my parents used to buy from Sarawak. I forgot the name of the sweets. It taste exactly the same and worse it has its after taste that stayed in your mouth even though you have gobble up a glass of plain water. hahahaha lol

Pon said that she didn’t want to give me this morning because she knows I wont drink it unless my husband said its ok to consume it. While I was recovering the bitter taste, my sister’s new maid buat iklan, “kalau mas mau, saya boleh bikinkan…kasi mas sihat, mbak jugak sihat dan kuat…”

O_o! hahahahhahahha

that was my experience drinking jamu….wokeh time to take a bath….later…
